Missouri SOS System Outage

8 am Monday,  June 23, 2014

Due to system maintenance, the Business Services Division of the Missouri Secretary of State's office will be unavailable from 5 pm Tuesday, June 17, through 8 am Monday, June 23. All division offices of the Business Services Division will remain open during this period.

The following services will NOT be available:

- Business information searches
- Filing of documents
- Obtaining certified copies of good standing
- UCC services
- Certifications

However, Service of Process will remain available.

Please note that filings/documents will be date stamped and processing them will begin on June 23. Any such documents will be stamped with the date they were received by the Division. If you need any assistance, please contact us.
