Four Great Reasons to Use a California Service Company

Reasons to Use a Service Company image
You have the option to work with a service company in California or to deal directly with the state. So why choose a service company?

1. Improved Priority: The California Secretary of State's office works first on requests that are received over the counter. This means that if you mail in your requests, it's going to take longer for the state to get them. Worse, if your request is rejected the state has to take even more time to mail it back to you . A service company can submit your request over the counter and get you nearer to the front of the line.

2. Greater Frequency: A good service company goes to the Secretary of State's office multiple times per day to get your requests as soon as they're completed.

3. Error Checking: A good service company will also review your requests for errors before submitting them, decreasing the risk of rejected filings and saving you the additional filing fees required for resubmittal.

4. Request Tracking: If you mail a request to the state and it gets lost in the process, you don't have a way to track it. A service company can provide you with a tracking system and can act as your advocate if anything goes astray. Even when nothing goes wrong, a service company should be able to provide you with a system for keeping track of your request history.
